Base service includes:

• Social media advertising on the organization’s pages/profiles (you must provide access to the organization’s social media accounts)

• Email blasts to the organization’s email list (you must provide access to the email platform your organization uses)

• Posting on up to five local event calendars (Idaho Falls area only)

Add-ons available:

• Graphics manipulation across platforms (must provide any event assets in PSD/vector form)

• Boosted advertising

• Writing of press release

• Distribution of press release (Idaho Falls area only)

• Copy writing, editing, proofreading

Starting at $3,000 per fiscal year, small non-profits in need of an administrative generalist can get our specialist to check in on a few quick administrative tasks four days a week. Purchasing this retainer assures that we have an open line of communication, so any other projects and new services the non-profit needs Selenite help with may get priority.

QuickBooks Online setup, monthly reconciliations, weekly transaction reviews & categorization, payroll, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. More available upon request.

Our team has been hosting meetings and giving presentations virtually for years, and we can run all of the nuts and bolts behind the scenes to allow your presenters/speakers to focus on the message they need to share! We can help with a slideshow presentation, screen sharing - all of those nuances that make a virtual meeting or presentation great!

We can proofread your content, or help you to style up something to match your branding needs. We are able to style documents, spreadsheets, slide decks, and more - just about anything you can think of!

Whether you need a brand new website, an old website transferred to something easier to use, or something in between, we can help! We’ve chased down domains, built sites from scratch, and are comfortable in multiple building platforms.

If you need someone to take on regular posting to your social media accounts, or if you just need a strategy to follow yourself, we can help. (Note: this doesn’t really apply to TikTok, sorry!)

Our team can create templates or write copy for you, and take care of sending to your list. If you don’t have an infrastructure in place yet, we can help set that up too!

We can offer a fresh new look for your organization, assuring that the new look works across the web, letterhead, embroidered on volunteer t-shirts, and more! We’ll give you a logo, a font or two to always use, and other style guidelines to help you and your team present a polished look no matter where that presentation happens. Depending on your needs, we may work with another contractor for initial logo design. If so, extra fees will apply.

Our team has planned and facilitated over half a dozen fundraising galas, including multi-event projects. We know the tools of the trade and can set up and/or run the back-end data tracking for donations so you can focus on the event itself.

Our team has livestreamed over 30 events, ranging from small chamber ensemble to full orchestral performances, a late night-style jazz show, and more. We can coordinate with you on paid or free Livestreaming, and in some cases go to your event to run the Livestream.
